XTradeFi is an operations and preparation utility. It is not a bank, lender, factor, broker, customs broker, freight forwarder, carrier, insurer, law firm, sanctions-screening provider or credit-rating service.

No financing decision or recommendation

The app does not determine eligibility, underwriting, creditworthiness, financing amount, interest rate, provider suitability or approval probability. Any provider evaluates a request independently.

No documentary or legal determination

Document templates are editable tracking labels only. XTradeFi does not determine documentary-credit compliance, customs requirements, title/control, negotiability, sanctions compliance or whether an electronic record has legal effect.

User responsibility

Verify transaction terms, documents, legal requirements and provider instructions with the relevant qualified professionals and counterparties.
