Incoterms® 2020
The workspace provides a field for the eleven Incoterms® 2020 rule abbreviations and a named place/location. XTradeFi does not interpret the rule, choose one for the user, or reproduce ICC rule text. Consult the current ICC materials and the actual sale contract.

Electronic transferable records
UNCITRAL's Model Law on Electronic Transferable Records addresses functional equivalence for transferable records such as bills of lading and requires reliable methods around identity/control/integrity. XTradeFi does not provide such a control system and therefore does not label its local metadata as an MLETR-compliant electronic transferable record.
Digital-trade readiness
ICC continues to publish work on digital trade and eBL interoperability. XTradeFi is a preparation/operations workspace, not an eBL platform.
