How it works

Structured trade operations without pretending to be your bank.

XTradeFi turns a shipment/payment workflow into a structured local record. It is deliberately factual: dates, counterparties, documents, payment method, transaction amount and user-entered financing need.

1. Create a transaction

Record buyer/seller, countries, amount/currency, invoice dates, shipment route, payment method, Incoterms® rule field and named place.

2. Track documents and milestones

Add your contract or bank's actual required documents. XTradeFi may suggest editable labels, but a suggestion is not a documentary-credit requirement, legal requirement or customs instruction.

3. Build a readiness package

The app identifies which factual fields in its own template are present or missing. It does not score creditworthiness, predict approval, calculate borrowing capacity, recommend a financing product, or state that a bank will accept the package.

4. Export or optionally inquire

Export locally. A separate optional provider inquiry sends only a high-level summary after the live operator/QuoteCapture connection is configured.

Electronic records boundary: XTradeFi's document-status records are ordinary app metadata. They are not electronic bills of lading, negotiable instruments or legally effective electronic transferable records.
