Local first, with a very small server surface.

Workspace data

Core app records are stored in your browser's local storage and are not submitted to XTradeFi by the workspace. Closing the browser does not necessarily erase them. Avoid using the app on a shared/public device.

No document storage

The app does not offer invoice, bill-of-lading, ID, banking-record or other file uploads. Store sensitive originals in an appropriate business document system.

Provider inquiry

If enabled, the optional provider-inquiry form sends only the fields shown in that form through a server-side intake function to the configured QuoteCapture control layer. It does not send your local transaction database automatically.

Deletion

You can clear local workspace data from the Backups & settings view. Provider inquiries/privacy requests are handled through the operator's configured privacy channel.
